It can be inclusive for all, especially children who are developing and benefit from the social, educational and physical benefits while learning life skills and making new friends. We are building a schedule of routine and recurring varied community health education opportunities through our organization and partnered with other community organizations locally.

An age appropriate health education class teaching early anaatomy and physiology in an integration of fun and socialization. Children and their families can learn and implement new ways to think and understand health conditions and how to prevent common and life altering chronic condition development such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease and liver disease. What once "ran in the family" can be challenged and individual choices are given priority in this class.
