Coughs & Colds is available for direct acute care, single ala carte encounters or subscriptions. Visits may occur via text, call or video and may also be appropriate for in person assessments. Some house call services available for select members in local service area.

Chronic condition management and acute care combination packages available. A wide variety of routine labs available as part of the packages for individuals, couples, or families. Save money and time with a direct care package. HSA and FSA eligible, labs not reimbursable by insurance. Cannot provide this service to Medicare or Medicaid members.

Subscribe to this service for ongoing questions, support and guidance at your fingertips! You wont need Dr. Google because you will have evidence based answers to healthcare questions and concerns in real time with a familiar healthcare professional.

Subscribe to the house call kit services for an increased remote level of care service, for acute health needs including flu, covid, urine infections and more.

Insurance accepted for ala carte remote care and house call services outside of packages. Clients are welcome to request reimbursement from their commercial plans for Direct Care Packages. Cannot bill Medicare or Medicaid for cash pay services.
