As children age, they often become more skilled in sports and activities they enjoy, leading to successful self confidence development, lifelong friendships, competitions and life lessons, as well as a sense of teamwork and pride. They learn invaluable skills through these developmental activities.

This is not always a possibility for children with developmental disabilities or chronic conditions that hinder their cognitive or physical capabilities, despite their desire for these same experiences. At All Abilities Activity Club, your child and friends, or siblings can join and attend weekly classes that rotate through many of the typical classes school age and teens often enjoy! Some of these include basketball, soccer, dance, karate and yoga education and participation. The fun is restored and the competition is removed.

Just as important as physical health education is mentally stimulating activity. At All Abilities Activity Club, kids can enjoy trying out different types of musical instruments, music genre, and karaoke,. Painting, sketching, jewelry making and other art modalities are rotated through the weekly updated session for a holistic and social--educational activity with new friends.

Many children struggle with age appropriate development in day to day living skills such as understanding and preparing for weather appropriate clothing, packing, and outdoor/indoor activity and safety related concerns. Additionally, bathing and water temperatures, basic meal preparations and safety/clean up, strange safety and more! We will be working on these rotating through weekly session  in addition to the other holistic model of health education.

Many health conditions and disease processes can be improved or prevented by knowing what to eat and how to eat on a routine basis. We will rotate through many of these principals with hands on child safe activities to promote independence and positive behavior and lifestyle habit development, to ensure your child has the skill to control their health.

All children deserve to have access to developmental extracurricular physical and educational classes that build autonomy, confidence and friendships. We strive to keep the price structure affordable and accept Indiana ESA Classwallet funds as well. For families that cannot afford access and that meet particular criteria, we work with a non profit organization that offers scholarships with an approved application. We collaborate and partner with other community organizations to provide free community events periodically.

At this time, we will be offering monthly or bi-monthly courses and building more classes and availability as the momentum grows. Share the news with your friends, families and community members. the more clients we assist, the more we can assist in the future!
