Quick, compassionate care when you need it most. Text, call, or video your provider and receive same‑ or next‑day visits for common ailments such as:

  • Colds, flu, and coughs

  • Sore throat, strep throat, or sinus infections

  • Pink eye (conjunctivitis) or minor skin rashes

  • UTIs, allergies, simple digestive upset, or minor injuries like sprains

We bring the exam to you—safe, professional physicals performed at home for school, sports, employment, or DOT requirements. Serviced areas include Valparaiso and throughout Porter County, ensuring local convenience and accessibility

Providing ongoing primary care with optional direct-care programs, plus accepting insurance. We’re currently licensed in Indiana and Illinois, credentialing with major insurers—including Medicare and Medicaid—and expanding licensure to additional states soon.
